Definition of Normal Use
To qualify for warranty coverage, normal use of our products means that:
• Products are used for their intended purpose.
• Outdoor items are protected and stored indoors during adverse weather conditions or covered with protective covers (sold separately).
• You take into account the products' sensitivity to rain, sunlight, seawater and chlorine.

• You understand that bean bag filling is flexible and may become compressed over time with intensive use.
• You keep products away from sharp objects such as belt buckles, animal claws and scissors.
Normal Use of the BiG52 Pool
• To ensure your BiG52 Pool bean bag lasts as long as possible, it is essential not to leave it outdoors all year round. Remember that although your bean bag is durable, it is not indestructible.
• After each use, we recommend removing the bean bag from the water and rinsing it with a hose. This helps keep its color vibrant for longer.
• For optimal protection, use a suitable protective cover or store the bean bag in a sheltered location when not in use, particularly outside the main season of use.
After the Warranty Expires
If an issue arises after the warranty period or results from improper use (such as moisture damage), please contact us. It is often possible to repair the product at a reasonable cost or purchase spare parts from our online store.
