Definition of Normal Use
To benefit from the warranty, normal use of our products means that:

• The products are used according to their intended function.
• Outdoor items are protected and stored indoors in case of bad weather or under protective covers (sold separately).
• You take into account the sensitivity of the products to rain, sun exposure, seawater, and chlorine.
• You refrain from performing personal repairs on damaged products. For any assistance, please contact LiveDeco.
• You are aware that the filling of the poufs is elastic and may compress over time with intensive use.
• You avoid exposing the products to sharp objects such as belt buckles, animal claws, and scissors.


Normal Use of the BiG52 Pool

• To ensure the longevity of your BiG52 Pool pouf, it is crucial not to leave it outside all year round. Remember that, although resistant, your pouf is not indestructible.
• After each use, we recommend removing the pouf from the water and rinsing it with a water jet. This helps preserve the brightness of its color for a longer time.
• For optimal protection, use a suitable protective cover or store the pouf indoors when not in use, especially outside the active usage season.

After the Warranty Expires
If a problem occurs after the warranty period or results from misuse (such as damage related to moisture), we invite you to contact us. It is often possible to repair the product at a moderate cost or to purchase spare parts from our online store.
