Without having to provide a reason, you can use the Contact tab to inform us of your intention to return a product to us within seven days of delivery to your home. You will then be provided with instructions on how to return your product. We will refund the purchase price in full, including the billed delivery costs. However, you will be responsible for paying the product return costs.

Home delivery

Our products are delivered directly from our factory to your home. We will email you to notify you of the delivery. This email will include a link which you can click to track your order. For bulky furniture, our logistics service provider will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
