Any questions? Our customer service department is here to help you! You can contact us your request via the Contact section of our website. We are committed to replying to your request within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) and 48 hours (weekends) of receipt.

Satisfied

If you are not satisfied, we will offer a full refund. You will benefit from a seven-day cooling off period. Without having to provide a reason, you can use the Contact tab to inform us of your intention to return a product to us within seven days of delivery to your home. You will then be provided with instructions on how to return your product. We will refund the purchase price in full, including the billed delivery costs. However, you will be responsible for paying the product return costs.

Home delivery

Our products are delivered directly from our factory to your home. We will email you to notify you of the delivery. This email will include a link which you can click to track your order. For bulky furniture, our logistics service provider will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Pay in three installments at no extra cost. When you make a payment via our LiveDeco.com website, you can rest assured that it is completely secure.
